2. Inquiry & Deposit

• Customers must first contact us via email to submit an inquiry.

• To proceed, a $30 refundable deposit is required.

• This deposit serves as a design security deposit, ensuring commitment and securing the artist’s time and effort.
  
  

3. Refund Policy for Deposit
The $30 deposit is fully refundable if:

• The T-shirts have been shipped with the final design.

• Both parties are unable to reach an agreement on the artist’s sketch.

• The customer cancels before any sketching work begins.

The $30 deposit is non-refundable if:

• The customer has approved the artist’s sketch.

• The design process has reached its final stage (defined as the customer confirming the last revision).

• The customer becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days during the design process.

4. Design Process & Timeline

• Once the deposit is received, customers will be connected directly with the assigned artist via WhatsApp for consultation.

• Initial sketches are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after deposit.

• Customers may request up to 3 revisions during the design process.

• Each revision may take up to 2–3 business days.

• Any revisions beyond the included three will incur an additional fee of $10 per revision, which will be deducted directly from the $30 deposit.

• Upon final approval, the design will be published on our website and made available for order.

• A direct link to the product page will be provided via WhatsApp or email.

5. Scope of Service

• The free custom design applies to standard T-shirt graphics, defined as:

  • Single or multi-color illustrations, icons, or vector artwork.

  • Typography-based designs (quotes, slogans, brand names).

  • Mascot or character-style illustrations with moderate detail.

  • Simplified logos or branding marks.

  • Artwork sized appropriately for one print area (e.g., chest, back, or front).

• The following are not included in the free design service and may incur additional charges if requested:

  • Highly detailed digital paintings or photorealistic art.

  • Full-wrap or all-over print patterns.

  • Complex 3D effects or gradient-heavy designs requiring specialized printing.

  • Multiple design variations (e.g., one concept turned into multiple separate versions).

  • Use of copyrighted or trademarked material (e.g., licensed characters, logos, or brands).

6. Ownership & Usage

• The final design remains the property of our studio until the minimum order requirement is fulfilled.

• Once the requirement is met and the order is paid, the customer gains full rights to the design.

• A digital copy of the design file will also be delivered via email, allowing the customer to reuse the design freely for other purposes.

• If the customer cancels the T-shirt order after final design approval, the design file will not be released.

7. Printing Disclaimer

• Please note that final printed colors may vary slightly from digital previews due to differences in screen settings, fabric texture, and printing methods.

8. Additional Notes

• Designs created under this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash value.

• The free design offer is valid only upon completion of the minimum order requirement.

• Our studio reserves the right to decline design requests deemed inappropriate, offensive, or outside the intended scope of this promotion.
